Meet The Team

  • Sujata Deshmukh is an accomplished OD consultant with 25+ years of experience. She is the founder of Tutul Consulting, a boutique OD consulting firm with more than 80 happy clients in Tutul and 400 clients in her career. Sujata's expertise lies in culture transformation, articulating vision & values, HR transformation, & enhancing top team effectiveness. She has designed bespoke leadership development journeys, assessed & coached leaders at the APAC & Global level. She has served as an Independent Director on the board of a public limited company for two years & was also part of the National Executive Board of the National HRD Network. She has associated with several academic institutions for lectures & panel discussions & is a speaker/curator at several seminars & a TedX speaker.

  • Ajith is a passionate organizational development professional, specializing in leadership development, talent & performance management, & organizational culture. With extensive experience in large Indian business conglomerates, industrial sectors such as manufacturing, automobiles, FMCG, & IT/ITES, he has designed & deployed talent frameworks, performance management systems, & organizational culture articulation. He holds an ACTP of ICF coach certification, is certified on Harrison Assessments & on Hogan’s suite of tools. He also lectures at several academic institutions as a visiting faculty member.

  • Krishnan is a seasoned professional with 20+ years of experience in Supply Chain & HR. He is passionate about creating people-centered organizations & enabling leaders to build happy & productive workplaces. He specializes in coaching, talent management, leadership development, & culture building. He holds certifications in Harrison Assessments, Results Coaching, & Employee Development Accreditation. At Tutul, he heads the Coaching practice, & designs & implements Talent Management models, accelerates leadership development at senior levels, & facilitates organizational change initiatives. He also consults for not-for-profit organizations focused on Education, Empowerment & Environment.

  • Steffi, an experienced OD & Leadership Consultant, brings a wealth of knowledge in Industrial Psychology to Tutul Consulting. With a passion for understanding human behavior, Steffi has worked with over 75 clients across multiple sectors such as Life Sciences, Engineering, Infrastructure, Utilities, Food, Financial Services, Trading, Chemicals, and Social Sector in her Consulting Career. At Tutul, she anchors leadership development journeys and has worked on several assignments around HR Capability building and Strategic HR Projects. She actively contributes to the Leadership Assessment practice as well as designs and manages Culture surveys.

  • Venora brings over 16 years of expertise in HR and Business partnerships across diverse industries focusing on enabling leaders and coaches to drive growth through their people. Her core areas of expertise include solution building, culture transformation, strategic goal alignment, performance support, evaluation, and measurement. She is also proficient in various psychometric tools such as Harrison, DNA25, MBTI, and DISC.

  • Anindya has 25+ years of experience in designing & improving business processes for various sectors like banking, telecom, media, & real estate. He is a Six Sigma Green Belt, & at Tutul Consulting, he provides sectoral insights, leads survey designs & analysis, & is a core member of the Leadership Assessment Practice. Anindya specializes in client servicing & quality management, leveraging his expertise to help Tutul manage large accounts & long-term projects.

  • Taha is an experienced professional with a multifaceted background in Finance, Management, and HR. He brings a nuanced understanding of organizational behavior to his role as a consultant at Tutul, where he helps design and facilitate workshops focused on OD and leadership development. He also leads an initiative in the life sciences sector, focused on solving unique challenges around leadership, DEI culture, and strategic partnerships.

The Tutul story from our Founder, Sujata Deskmukh

Inspired by my father's life and values, we established Tutul Consulting on June 7, 2019, coinciding with what would have been his 75th birthday. Tutul, his cherished nickname, became the name of our firm.

We bring imagination, vibrant colors, and positive energy together to create transformative experiences. The wisdom gained from diverse people, experiences, and over two decades of consulting for more than 350 clients across 17 sectors, 8 countries, and more than 25,000 individuals forms the foundation of our firm.

Building upon this foundation, our code embodies my father's lifelong values: always doing the right thing, seeking elegant solutions, demonstrating unconditional positive regard for all, and never wavering in our commitments. These values are also reflected in the colors we chose for our logo, symbolizing our dedication to infusing passion, joy, and noble intentions into every project we undertake.

Baba, as I affectionately called him, embodied strong convictions, unwavering values, and sharp thinking. His invisible guidance continues to lead me right, especially in moments of dilemmas. He believed that every problem has an elegant solution, and asking the right questions sparks reflection, inquiry, and action. "We do what we do, but we shouldn't take ourselves too seriously," he would say, finding humor and clarity even in challenging situations.

This philosophy extends beyond personal guidance, as the only work advice he gave me was this: "Never work in a place where you have no freedom and everyone dictates what you should do. Find a manager you can learn from and never work for a corrupt or toxic environment." I have followed his advice to the letter throughout my career.

Our logo represents our systematic and elegant approach to designing and providing consulting services while showcasing our commitment to exploring eclectic and novel ideas, as represented by the breaking of patterns in the word ‘Consulting’.
