Sujata Deshmukh is a seasoned consultant with over 20 years of experience in coaching CEOs and top teams to achieve success. She has worked with a diverse range of organizations, including family-run businesses, across 17 different sectors. Sujata's expertise includes helping organizations align with their purpose and values, designing bespoke leadership development journeys, and conducting leadership assessments. With over 150 clients and 25,000 people impacted by her consulting, Sujata has a unique, impactful style that combines expertise, empathy, and humor. She is also an independent director, speaker/curator at seminars, and a Tedx speaker. Sujata holds a degree from XLRI, Jamshedpur and Mumbai University and is passionate about classical music, nature, dogs, political thought, and being a polyglot.

Ajith is a leadership development, talent & performance management and organization culture consultant. He has worked with 1500 individuals in development dialogues and 100 facilitation sessions, helping individuals navigate career transitions. Ajith has also designed and deployed talent frameworks and performance management systems for large and small organizations. He is certified in Hogan's tools and has administered multiple assessments. Ajith is a visiting faculty member at B Schools and has a Masters degree in HR & OD from Delhi School of Economics. Krishnan Vaidyanathan is a respected thought leader in HR and IR in India, with a background in science and a Masters in Labour Welfare. He has served as an Independent Director, represents Employers Federation of India on the Central Advisory Board for Minimum Wages, and is a Trustee of the NGO Aroehan. He was TISCO Chair Professor of Industrial Relations at Tata Institute of Social Sciences, an award-winning blogger, and has published articles on HR issues and travelogues. Smita Kumar is a Master Certified Leadership Coach (ACTP) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation with a Masters in Integral Counselling Psychology. He is a seasoned OD consultant and facilitator with over ten years of experience coaching senior leaders across industries, including PwC, Mercedes, and Jindal Steel and Power. Aubrey's unique coaching style leverages his psychology training, incorporating Personality Theories, NLP, Depth Psychology, and Psychosynthesis techniques to help leaders be true to themselves and achieve their best. He has co-facilitated ICF Approved Coach Training Programs and has been a visiting faculty member at ISB Hyderabad and the Gyanodaya Leadership Academy. Aubrey's empathetic style creates relationships of high trust where clients feel comfortable exploring real issues and finding their own solutions.
