Transforming Organizations

  • Articulating and enrolling employees to purpose/ vision and values for new organizations or revisiting purpose/ vision and values for mature organizations. This is often done with a small group followed by getting a large group of people to dialogue and contribute for the same.

  • Facilitating core group of leaders to create a holistic roadmap for organization building and coaching leaders and their teams to align themselves and move in the right direction

  • Designing initiatives and focus areas for culture shaping. This involves measuring as-is culture/ leveraging engagement data and designing bespoke interventions for creating shifts in culture.

  • Program managing the entire Transformation Journey (from idea, branding, communication, execution and review) and handholding leaders throughout the journey

  • Enhancing culture of inclusion & diversity, working through unconscious bias
